Do you own the properties?+

RumyFi is a PropTech marketplace where housing providers can list properties. Some homes are also managed directly by RumyFi; each listing is labelled as RumyFi-managed or a community listing.

How long does the application take?+

Completing the application form usually takes about 5 minutes. Review and approval times depend on the listing and submitted documents.

When do I pay the rent and security deposit, and get the keys?+

For RumyFi-managed homes, rent and the deposit are paid before or, at the latest, during key handover; keys are handed over once payment is confirmed. For community listings, follow the signed agreement and the provider’s verified instructions.
